Lumigai is a career exploration and simulation platform. Career Trials are fictional situational simulations designed for self-discovery and awareness. They are not professional career assessments and should not be the sole basis for career decisions.

3. No Career Guarantee

Lumigai does not guarantee employment, career outcomes, or suitability for any profession. Our content is for informational and exploratory purposes only.

4. User Conduct

You agree not to misuse the platform, attempt to reverse-engineer it, or use it for commercial purposes without written permission.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, career data, MCIF framework materials, and platform design are the intellectual property of Lumigai. Unauthorized reproduction is prohibited.

Lumigai is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for decisions made based on platform content.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be subject to jurisdiction of courts in Delhi, India.
