We collect information you provide when creating an account or using Career Trials, including anonymous session identifiers, trial choices, and reflection text you submit. We do not collect payment information.
2. How We Use Your Information
Your trial data and reflections are used solely to power your personal Career Lab — the evolving record of your career exploration. We do not sell your data to third parties.
3. Data Storage
All user data is stored securely on Supabase infrastructure hosted in accordance with industry security standards. Anonymous users are assigned a session identifier stored locally on your device.
4. Cookies
We use minimal cookies and local storage to maintain your session across visits. We do not use advertising cookies or tracking pixels.
5. Your Rights
You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us at privacy@lumigai.com. We will process requests within 30 days.
6. Third-Party Services
Lumigai uses Supabase for database services and Vercel for hosting. These services have their own privacy policies.
7. Children
Lumigai is designed for students aged 15 and above. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13.
8. Changes
We may update this policy. Continued use of Lumigai after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
